      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop expertise in Disputes processes, rules, databases, and interfaces
      - Manage day-to-day production support and provide troubleshooting assistance
      - Participate in Dispute overview sessions with clients, including Issuers and Acquirers
      - Assist in defining content for the Dispute Rules Manual and identify rule-impacting changes
      - Deliver Disputes Overview training and communications for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
      - Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
      - Proficiency in operating office equipment, including computers and telephones
      - Capability to primarily remain in a stationary position
      - Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Payments
      - 4+ years of experience in Payments, Customer Service, or Management
