      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ancillary modeling for various ancillary types
      - Ensure accurate and effective pricing of healthcare contracts
      - Support provider network contracting and unit cost management
      - Perform financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting
      - Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting, and financial models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, or a related discipline
      - 3+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and healthcare products
      - 2+ years of experience in creating and using financial modeling tools and spreadsheets
      - Intermediate proficiency in financial impact analysis and data manipulation
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medical coding (CPT, DRG, ICD-9, ICD-10, etc.)
      - Intermediate knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
      - Excellent communication, time/project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
      - Ability to successfully manage expectations
