      Job Title Network Security Solution Architect

      Overview

      This role is part of the global Chief Security Office (CSO) team based in New York. You will be responsible for the design and engineering of network security solutions delivered by the CSO Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Bank’s network security infrastructure. This will include the evaluation, development and implementation of network security tooling, and controls. You will work closely with key stakeholders across networks, operations, architecture, and production support functions.

      What You’ll Do

      • As a Network Security Solution Architect, you will have a wide breath of responsibility including system architecture, tool strategy, integrations, engineering leadership, vendor engagement, and portfolio wide documentation

      • Architect and design security solutions, on premise and cloud. Set requirements and standards across multiple network security products

      • Identify, scope, and design network tool implementation plans. Produce high quality documentation

      How You’ll Lead

      • Logical, innovative, articulate, with the proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical teams and professionals

      • Provide expertise and thought leadership on security and network technologies with an emphasis on requirements, design, and best practice implementation

      Skills You’ll Need

      • Extensive years of experience with network and security engineering, designing, and deploying solutions in large scale, enterprise networks

      • Bachelor's / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Security, Network, or Cloud certifications including CISSP, CCSP, CCNA

      • Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and network security technologies and protocols. Experience producing architectural documentation including security strategies, HLD, LLD, etc

      • Strong knowledge in current security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies

      Skills That Will Help You Excel

      • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

      • Highly proactive self-starting ethos, strong customer focus, strong work ethic, and exceptional problem-solving skills

      • Experienced working with various level of stakeholders, multi-cultural global teams, spanning multiple time zones

      Expectations

      It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York or Cary, NC office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

      The salary range for this position in New York City or Cary, North Carolina is $120,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
