  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist in the creation and interpretation of fiber optic, CATV, and copper/DSL Outside Plant Design maps
  - Lead small group cross-functional meetings to drive growth in brownfield markets
  - Provide engineering support for sales teams and fulfill OSP facilities verification requests
  - Ensure compliance with project documentation and conduct audits of OSP projects
  - Collaborate with Regional Field Services and OSP Construction teams on network builds
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate degree or higher, or 2+ years of professional work experience
  - 2+ years of experience in Voice/Data/Video networking
  - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
  - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the construction and design of fiber optic, CATV/coax, and copper/DSL networks
  - GIS experience and engineering within GIS programs
  - Knowledge of Joint Attachment Process/Power CO Make Ready Process
  - Excellent leadership and customer relations skills
  - Understanding of telecommunications and CATV industry principles
