  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Communicate effectively with Project Managers and teams to facilitate cost-effective construction of OSP facilities
  - Design OSP projects and supervise consultants coordinating outside plant design across multiple locations
  - Create labor, material, and overhead project cost estimates
  - Provide engineering support for sales teams, fulfilling OSP facilities verification requests
  - Review OSP-designed projects to ensure alignment with field services and documentation accuracy
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate degree or higher, or 2+ years of professional work experience
  - 2+ years of experience in voice/data/video networking
  - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  - Experience in the construction and design of fiber optic, CATV/coax, and copper/DSL networks
  - Advanced working knowledge of NESC construction practices and engineering standards
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with AutoCAD and Lode Data
  - Joint Attachment Process/Power CO Make Ready Process experience
  - GPON/PON engineering experience
  - Excellent leadership and customer relations skills
  - GIS experience and engineering within GIS programs
