Overview Our National Security Program has an immediate opportunity for a Network Targeting Analyst with a background in the analysis of adversarial naval forces within the US European Command (EUCOM). The Network Targeting Analyst will work with a of team of analysts, linguists, and collectors to collect, analyze, and collate selectors and other targetable attributes and disseminate this information to customers in various forms in support of U.S. Navy and U.S. EUCOM maritime requirements. Responsibilities Perform social network analysis/link analysis using SIGINT and other IC databases/information repositories/link analysis tools Collect, analyze, collate selectors and other targetable attributes to be distributed to customers Identify collection gaps to help manage and direct the development of new collection requirements Responding to internal and external customer Requests for Information (RFIs) Attend and facilitate meetings (including classified), prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute minutes Qualifications Education / Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Bachelor’s Degree in National Security, Regional Studies, or relevant technical academic (desired) OR High School Degree with 4-years' of experience in a similar position Required Experience: Minimum of four (4) years' of Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community experience Minimum of two (2) years' of experience where primary duty involved intelligence research related to intelligence targeting, cyber targeting, or social media analysis Minimum of two (2) years' of intelligence production experience (analytic tradecraft) conforming to ICD 203 and ICD 206 analytic production standards in a time-sensitive environment for release to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers Demonstrated proficiency in effective oral communications (speaking, briefing). Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) software programs. Highly Desired Experience: Experience using intelligence analysis tools and databases (such as DataExplorer, Cultweave, Voltron, Multi-Media Message Monitor (M3), Analyst’s Notebook or other link/network analysis tools or programs, Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (Qlix), Terrorist Identities Database Environment (TIDE), Tripwire Analytical Capability (TAC), Fireship/Kaching, and other tools). Skills & Technology Used: Familiarity with classified resources for all source intelligence research (organizational reporting webpages, reporting repositories, common operating picture software programs, network or link analysis software programs). Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines. Workstations on classified and unclassified networks Software: MS Windows OS MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook) Adobe and additional software provided by the Government.
