What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate clients on clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Manage assigned budgets and customize client interactions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement local business plans that achieve business objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives and emulating patient-centricity
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
- Ability to analyze data to assess performance and identify opportunities
- Established relationships with healthcare professionals
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Familiarity with telemedicine and virtual selling environments
