What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate healthcare providers on clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Manage assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop a local business plan that capitalizes on opportunities and formulary approvals
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data and customer objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices
- Strong desire and passion for improving patient and caregiver lives
- Ability to adapt to evolving environments and challenges, including telemedicine and virtual engagements
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
- Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
- Ability to analyze data/metrics for assessing progress and identifying opportunities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
- Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
