What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and disease states to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with District Manager and stakeholders to create and implement a local business plan that meets business objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data, customer objectives, and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments, including virtual sales settings
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify new opportunities
- Proven track record in establishing relationships with diverse customer audiences
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
