      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory
      - Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to engage healthcare professionals
      - Customize client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant manner
      - Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement local business plans
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and share insights with internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals preferred
      - Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives and caregiver support
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress and identify new opportunities
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving environments, such as telemedicine
      - Proven track record in building customer relationships and communicating technical information
