What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
- Customize client interactions based on customer needs while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the local market, practice structures, and key influencers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement local business plans and capitalize on formulary approvals
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data and customer objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years preferred in specialty pharmaceuticals
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers, with a patient-centric approach
- High integrity and adherence to company compliance policies and procedures
- Proven ability to analyze data and adapt to changing environments, including telemedicine
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales
- Strong self-motivation and initiative with excellent decision-making and collaboration skills
- Experience in establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment and overcome challenges
