What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
- Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions
- Maintain an understanding of local market dynamics, practice structures, and key influencers to share insights with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop a business plan ensuring achievement of objectives
- Provide timely and accurate management of work hours, sales call data, and customer objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- Proven track record of success in adapting to evolving environments and overcoming challenges
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives and identify new opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
- Strong sense of self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Familiarity with telemedicine and virtual environments
- Excellent decision-making judgment and collaboration skills
