      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual interactions with healthcare professionals
      - Utilize assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while maintaining compliance and ethical standards
      - Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market, customer needs, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with management to develop local business plans that align with overall business objectives
      - Provide accurate and timely administrative management of sales data, customer objectives, and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, along with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers, demonstrating patient-centricity
      - Proven ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving environment
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
      - Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales highly preferred
      - Strong collaboration and cross-functional skills
      - Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
      - Ability to navigate a changing telemedicine/virtual environment
