      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory
      - Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to engage healthcare professionals
      - Customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant manner
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a local business plan for achieving business objectives
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales data, and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - High integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress against objectives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bipolar sales
      - Proven track record of success in adapting to evolving environments
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
      - Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including meetings outside of normal working hours
