      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts by engaging with healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
      - Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
      - Maintain a thorough understanding of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop and implement a local business plan that aligns with strategic objectives
      - Manage administrative tasks related to sales calls, customer objectives, and reporting accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years preferred in specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
      - Strong passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - High integrity and commitment to compliance with company policies and procedures
      - Ability to adapt to evolving environments, including telemedicine and virtual engagements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales
      - Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships and effectively communicating technical information
      - Strong analytical skills to assess progress against objectives and identify new opportunities
      - Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced and changing environment, such as during Covid-19
