Job Description
Old Mutual Botswana is a member of the Old Mutual Group. We offer a wide range of short-term and long-term insurance services in Botswana with branches in Gaborone and Francistown. Our products provide insurance services to personal, commercial and corporate clients.
We are rooted in our purpose of Championing Mutually Positive Futures Every Day and believe that a great customer experience is anchored in a great employee experience.Manage onboarding of new business and policy renewals.
Key Result Areas
•Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
•Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
•Provides service to customers and intermediaries. Responds to requirements within set turnaround times.
•Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work.
•Product and process knowledge in different areas may differ but basic skills remain the same.
•Ensure timely onboarding or renewal of policies and issuance of supporting documents.
•Follows up on scheme data and premiums timeously to close off renewal cycles.
•Participates in all projects ceremonies as required.
•Performs training of Broker/Clients on onboarding processes.Job Requirements
•Degree in Business, Insurance or Accounting.
•At least 1-year relevant experience in a Life Insurance space.
