What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from insurance agents regarding new business and application processing
- Provide status updates and guidance on application requirements and product-related inquiries
- Resolve customer interactions independently using established knowledge and tools
- Assist team members in meeting regulatory deadlines and maintaining service standards
- Process requirement items as assigned when call volume allows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with good computer proficiency
- Confident decision-maker with strong ethical judgment
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service and/or a call center setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the insurance/investment industry
