      Sanlam is a leading Financial Services Institution, which provides services in the fields of Individual Life Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Unit Trusts and Asset Management. To give substance to its objective to be fully-fledged Namibian Insurer, Sanlam is increasingly introducing greater financial and technical expertise.

      What will you do?

      The primary function of the position is to efficiently and accurately process new business and perform administration duties to retain and grow the Sanlam new business book.

      What will make you successful in this role?

      Capturing, processing, administration of new business data
      Professional handling of brokers and client’s enquiries
      Quality assurance of new business
      Excellent Support and service to brokers
      Management of workflow processes and general enquiries
      Detection and reporting of fraudulent business/activities
      Perform all personal assistant related duties
      Auxiliary duties as required by management

      Qualifications and Experience

      Diploma in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration
      Minimum of two years' experience in the Financial Service Industry

      Knowledge and Skills

      Absolute proficiency in English and/or an additional local Namibian language will be a competitiveadvantage
      Ability to work in a team related environment.

      Turnaround time
