      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and identify potential school and district partners through prospecting
      - Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of potential clients
      - Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Book Fairs
      - Manage a pipeline of sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and stay informed about industry trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
      - Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
      - Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with peers and customers

      - Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
      - Proven leadership ability and qualities demonstrated in previous roles
      - Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
