      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
      - Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of schools in hosting Book Fairs
      - Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy and the value of Scholastic Reading Events
      - Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales, event management, and customer service
      - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
      - Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
      - Proven leadership abilities demonstrated in previous roles
      - Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
