What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to promote and sell pest control services
- Evaluate customers' current situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Dispatch sales leads to the field for follow-up
- Assist with inbound customer service inquiries and support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Telephone sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to self-start and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in sales or customer service is preferred
- Experience in the pest management industry is a plus
