- Fresh Graduates or with not more than 2 years’ work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum CGPA 3.0, majoring in Engineering field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities
- Strong leadership skills and confident
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
New Graduate ACE is a new structured rotating program tailored for NCGs to develop their leadership and functional exposures towards enhanced succession pipeline for ATKL in the next 3 to 5 years.
