      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise a team of training technicians and ensure their effective training delivery
      - Document the progress of new hires through training programs
      - Evaluate and review training content to maintain relevance and accuracy
      - Communicate operational changes and updates related to trainees to other departments
      - Prioritize and manage routine and non-routine work assignments to meet goals and timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree and BCBA Certification are required
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience's needs
      - Ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
      - Skills in motivating, developing, and managing team performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training or supervising staff in a clinical or educational setting
      - Familiarity with autism-related training programs and methodologies
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
