What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main point of contact between Complete Solar and external builder customer-based teams.
- Manage production by liaising between field construction and office-based departments, ensuring accurate information flow.
- Coordinate with installation partners and builders to define scopes of work and manage timelines.
- Track historical trends and present weekly forecasts to department directors and peers.
- Collect and ensure all necessary permits and design documents are delivered to job sites on time.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable for interactions with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address project-related issues proactively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 3 years in residential construction experience working with various trades.
- Ability to lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring close vision.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business economics, or a related field.
- NABCEP certification or 1+ years of experience working with photovoltaic systems.
- Experience in design and/or permitting for photovoltaic or residential electrical systems.
