  We’re looking for a motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee residential home construction in our Cache Valley, Utah communities. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role that calls for someone who’s organized, driven, and committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

  You’ll manage the full homebuilding process—from permit to closing—by leading subcontractors, conducting walk-throughs, and ensuring that every step meets our construction and safety standards.

  What You’ll Do

  • Direct all job site activities and keep projects moving from start to finish

  • Oversee multiple homes under construction, ensuring each one is completed on time and up to contract standards

  • Supervise and support subcontractors; resolve any issues that arise

  • Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint

  • Maintain clean, safe job sites and enforce OSHA and state regulations

  • Ensure quality by inspecting work daily and holding high standards

  • Coordinate and follow through on warranty repairs

  • Represent Visionary Homes professionally—with homeowners, inspectors, city officials, and trade partners

  What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of homebuilding or construction supervision experience (degree in construction management is a plus!)

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between local sites

  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and job site software

  • Familiarity with MS Office, email, and construction tech tools

  • A current OSHA 30 is great, but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll provide the training
