      Job Summary

      UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APRNs or PA-Cs) to join our dynamic immediate care team. As an essential member of our North Mulford Rd Immediate Care Clinic, located in Rockford, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing compassionate and efficient medical services.

      Your clinical support includes the following:

      • Diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses, injuries and minor medical conditions
      • Performing medical procedures (including suturing and wound care)
      • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

      Qualifications:

      • Master’s degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.
      • Active APRN or PA license in State of IL and active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
