      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Determine the appropriateness of inpatient services based on medical guidelines and benefit determination
      - Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
      - Translate concepts into practice
      - Act as a resource for others, providing explanations and information on difficult issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current, unrestricted RN license required in the state of residence
      - 3+ years of NICU Clinical experience
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, IM, Excel, Outlook, and clinical platforms
      - Willingness to work weekends and holidays on rotation
      - Designated workspace and access to high-speed internet

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Case Manager (CCM)
      - Compact RN License
      - Utilization Management experience
      - Case Management experience
      - Knowledge of InterQual Criteria
      - Residence of KS, TX, IL, IN, IA, WI, NE, MO, or AZ
