      About the Role:

      The Part Time Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Central Washington, DC plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours on 2 consecutive nights during the week. This position is responsible for balancing the daily financial transactions and preparing reports that are essential for the management team. The Night Auditor also provides exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. By maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies, the Night Auditor contributes to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the financial integrity of the hotel.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role.
      • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with Opera PMS
      • Previous Night Audit experience.
      • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele.

      Responsibilities:

      • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
      • Provide front desk services, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
      • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
      • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
      • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all supplies are stocked.
