      Role: Night Auditor

      The Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations. This crucial role ensures smooth nightly processes, financial accuracy, and exceptional guest service during the late hours.

      If you have a passion for hospitality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently overnight, this position is perfect for you.

      What You'll Do:

      • Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
      • Balance daily revenue, room charges, and other hotel accounts.
      • Complete check-ins and check-outs for late-arriving and early departing guests.
      • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any overnight concerns.
      • Prepare and distribute daily reports to hotel management.
      • Monitor hotel security and respond to any emergency situations.
      • Reconcile guest accounts and ensure all charges are accurately posted.
      • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
      • Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

      What You Bring:

      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
      • Previous experience at hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
      • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
      • Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera or Envision experience a plus).
      • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
