      CUSTODIAL POSTIONS AVAILABLE: Full Time Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

      • Nessacus Regional Middle School

      Custodians shall report, and provide support to the building principal, their building's head custodian and perform a variety of tasks including cleaning, maintenance and general care of the building and grounds. Primary responsibility is to ensure students and staff have a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play, work and develop.

      DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Experience in custodial and plant operations
      • Ability and willingness to perform general custodial duties
      • Ability to work with machinery and technology consistent with building use
      • Proven ability to work courteously with other staff and public
      • Must be reliable, able to work as part of a team
      • Massachusetts drivers license required
      • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
      • Satisfactory CORI/SORI/Background Check
      • Other duties may be assigned by the building principal or Director of Finance and Operations
      • Two hour asbestos awareness training required within 30 days of employment

      SALARY: As per contract; with $1.35 shift differential when working evenings

      Summers and school vacations, this is a first shift position
