      The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a Night Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.

      Responsibilities:

      The Night Manager supervises the staff of the entire hotel during the overnight shift, works closely with the staff from all departments to assure that standards are being met, is the direct supervisor of the Front Desk during the overnight shift, responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. This position will have a strong link with the Front Desk Manager in order to ensure and drive a positive guest experience.

      Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:

      • Solid communication, organization and leadership skills.
      • Strong interest for the industry.
      • Passion for service.
      • Strong interpersonal and team player skills.
      • Highest level of integrity and work ethic.
      • Strong problem solving, independent decision making and time management skills.
      • Previous Supervisor/Manager experience in Front Office.
      • Opera PMS knowledge.
      • Advanced written and oral English language skills.
      • Other language skills a plus.

      Must have EU work authorization.
