The role requires the ability to communicate confidently with our guests and other staff, so excellent verbal and written skills are essential, along with a good grasp of the English language.

No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however each day you can expect to:

      • Report any maintenance issues and check that the work has been completed and feedback to the guest

      We are looking for:

      • Someone who is confident, positive and enjoys working in a busy environment
      • Problem solvers. A person who can answer guest quests and looks for solutions
      • Previous hotel experience or similar. It’s not a must have, but you must be eager to learn
      • Someone with a passion for hospitality and to create positive lasting memories for our guests.
      • Who wants to be part of a successful and hard working team
      • Basic computer skills and accurate numeracy are required along with honesty and good judgements.

You will need to be physically capable to patrol the hotel and its grounds which are built into a steep hillside. Nightly cleaning and tidying throughout the hotel are also part of this role.
