Job DescriptionWe are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED full-time Night Room Service Team Member who wants to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at the VIBRANT Pullman London St Pancras hotel! You will be required to work 5 x night shifts per week from 10.30pm - 7.00am including weekends.

Duties:
·Serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner from taking orders over the phone to delivering to the rooms
·Have a genuine interest in food with some knowledge of wine in order to be able to recommend options
·Have excellent customer service skills
·You must be motivated and a self-starter
·Ensuring that the guests are completely satisfied with their room service order
·Be responsible for the setup of the morning breakfast buffet and the refilling of draws for mis en place
The role will primarily be working in room service but the successful candidate will be required to work in the Restaurant & Bar when the room service demand is less.

Salary: £27,500 per annum (£13.60 per hour) + high monthly service charge.
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
