      Night Supervisor / Front Office Night auditor :

      What you will be doing:

      • The Night Supervisor / Night Auditor is the representative of the Management during the night shift and responsible for all operations of the hotel during the night shift.
      • Responds to all guest complaints and emergencies and brings them to complete resolution during the night operation.
      • Manage the organization and administrative functions of the Front Office during the night shift.
      • Participate in all regular and ad hoc operational meetings as required.
      • Maintains full awareness and training for all night staff on emergency procedures.
      • Is responsible for all night system requirements in terms of backups and system date changes and report runs.

      Your experience and skills include:

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4/5-star hotel
      • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
      • Accor background is essential
      • Fluency in English MANDATORY and Arabic NATIVE LANGUAGE.
