Job Description
- Req#: REF271S
- Provides customer service in person or by taking incoming calls regarding service questions or concerns along with posting in person payments and deposits.
- Outlines service options and signs new customers up for various services along with recording and processing customer information pertaining to each individual service order.
- Works with other departments to create, process, schedule, and complete service orders for service changes, additions, or repairs.
- Completes various correspondence to customers including membership application letters, verification letters, and credit checks.
- Oral and written communication
- Operating various personal computer equipment such as various software programs
- Using software such as NISC-iVUE, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Problem solving and resolution
- Professionally communicate with coworkers, customers, and vendors

- Handle multiple tasks in limited timelines
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of customer service experience
- Telecommunication and/or Utility customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in typing, business phone systems, and use of computers is required
