Join Our Team as a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver!
We are seeking dependable, safety-minded drivers to deliver boxes across the NYC Metro Area (all 5 boroughs and surrounding areas). This role is physically demanding, customer-focused, and critical to our operations.

• Location: Bronx, NY
• Pay: $18.00/hr plus tips (Non-CDL)
• Day Shift: 6AM, 8AM 10AM start times
• Overnight Shift: 10pm or 12AM (overnight)
• PM Shift: 12pm or 2pm
• Schedule: Flexible – includes weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a van or small box truck

• Use a hand truck to load/unload and deliver orders

• Ensure timely deliveries to scheduled destinations

• Provide courteous, professional customer service

• Work in cold environments (refrigerated and frozen conditions)

• Maintain communication with dispatch via smartphone

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of recent commercial driving experience (van or box truck)

• Valid NY, NJ, or CT driver’s license

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Clean driving record:

  • No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years

  • No more than 1 accident in 3 years

  • No suspensions in the past year

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English

• Must be comfortable using a smartphone for directions and communication

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Comfortable working in cold, wet environments

• Must be able to walk/stand for 6–10 hours, including stairs
