  EY- Consulting - Technology Risk – Data and Analytics Team – Staff

  The opportunity

  We are currently seeking for enthusiastic and self-driven professionals with exceptional analytical skills to become part of our rapidly growing Business Consulting – DA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of organisation. We provide consulting services in the space of IT Audit, Business Process Audit, Third party Audit, Supply Change, Logistics, Customers and Finance to Global Clients.

  Your key responsibilities

  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

  • Translate the client’s business requirement into a set of analytics tasks

  • Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights

  • Ability to filter through ambiguity present in business problems & come up with well-structured methodology

  • Articulate analysis findings efficiently with onshore teams

  • Proactively identify, prioritize and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs and critical objectives of client.

  • Ability to build medium to complex interactive dashboards using different type of data sources

  • Strong analytics and problem - solving skills

  Skills and attributes for success

  • Must have working experience in data analytics role with expertise in different data visualization tools like Tableau / Power BI / QlikView / Qlik Sense / Spotfire / Birst / Splunk (Any two of them)

  • Hands on Experience in programming languages like VBA (MS-Excel/MS-Access) / R / Python / .Net / Java / C# / Flask / Shell Scripting /DevOps (Any two of them)

  • Experience in Knime, Spark, Monarch, Cosmos, AWS, SAP and MicroStrategy

  • Experience in any one of them MS-Flow /MS Azure /MS Power App / Power Automate

  • Proficient in advance MS-Excel

  • Hands on experience ETL tools like SAS / Alteryx / Talend / IDEA (Any one of them)

  • Experience in writing SQL queries in any one of database like SQLServer / MS-Access / MySQL/ Teradata/ Oracle/ MongoDB

  • Good understanding of the Emerging Technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

  • Good to have knowledge of applications like Angular/Node JS/HTML/PHP/SharePoint

  To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in BCA/B-Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems or a relevant work exp 0-3 years of related work experience or Postgraduate/Master’s degree MCA/M-Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and at least 1 year of related work experience or Masters in IT/Data Analytics

  • Bring your experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in one or more of the engagements related to: (a) Data Analytics; (b) Data Visualisation; (c) Databases; (d) RPA; (e) Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning; (f) ETL tools; (g) Programming; (h)Microsoft Suite; (i) Web Applications and/or (j) Cloud computing
