What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Spreadsheet updates, file uploads, and weekly reports
- Data entry processing for conference participants
- Assist with conference support materials and logistics
- Conduct data quality reviews and document findings
- Assist management with special projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College juniors, seniors, or graduate students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in research or grants administration
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with volunteers, particularly science volunteers
- Experience handling projects
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
