Job Description
- Req#: R-73285
- Have 3-5 years of experience within a similar role
- Previous experience from working in a global company with nordic responsibility
- Work with accuracy to details
- Preferably, you’re also to some extent interested in technology
- Responsible for the outsourced pay roll in all Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway)
- Being the spider-in-the net between People partners, HRBPs, Time & Attendance vendors and payroll vendors.
- Collaborate with global functions to enhance automatization of systems and reduce manual ways of working with payroll
- Ensuring compliance with internal risk management (payroll audit control framework), local CBAs and global processes

As our Nordic Payroll Specialist, you will be a part of our HR team, working closely with our People Experience Team who are not just experts within HR, but also dedicated to creating a positive impact on the whole business.

Our corporate language is English, so high proficiency both verbally and written is a must. Swedish is also a requirement, since you will be in contact with our local customers in this role.

Location
You will become a part of one of the Nordic offices, either in Solna, Helsinki or Copenhagen. At Unilever we embrace the hybrid working model, providing the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work for employees. In our team, we are usually at the office 2-3 times per week.
