- Monitor and resolve daily data extracts to support NA Materials reporting functions
- Extract, clean, merge, transform and compile data from various data sources, including relational databases, flat files, NoSQL databases and unstructured data
- Create and implement data visualization models and dashboards supporting data projects using MS SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI or other comparable tools
- Develop new process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy and efficiency of our work
- Provide accurate, relevant and meaningful ad-hoc analysis to management to support strategic and tactical decision-making
- Bachelor’s Degree required (quantitative field preferred)
- 2-3 years of related experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access required
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake required
- Experience with data visualization required (Tableau and/or PowerBI)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile Methodologies a plus
- Six Sigma experience a plus
- Must be a highly-motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, high attention to detail, and a solution-oriented outlook
- Ability to succeed in a multi-functional business environment and influence adoption of new ideas
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including active listening, problem solving when under pressure, and facilitation
- Up to 5% travel is expected for this position

Requisition Summary
This position would support all four North American truck manufacturing sites and be primarily responsible for the development of analytics tools and dashboards to support and improve the North American Materials operations. This team is engaged on a large variety of high-impact, high-visibility projects centered on providing solutions for overall systems and reporting alignment across the truck production plants.
