What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary care services to adult and pediatric patients via the Optum NowClinic virtual visit technology platform
- Engage, assess, triage, and provide/prescribe treatment to patients presenting for care
- Utilize technology to engage patients in addressing wellness and gaps in preventive care in accordance with evidence-based practice and standards of care
- Thoroughly document visits and treatments in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Maintain service level standards for response, visit time, and patient satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- National Nurse Practitioner certification in Adult, Family, or Gerontology or Physician Assistant certification
- Licensure in NV or ability to obtain prior to employment
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Intermediate level of proficiency in PC-based word processing including basic Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
- Proven ability to work independently from a home-based office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Solid acute care experience in an urgent care, retail clinic, or primary care clinic
- Knowledge of mental health issues
- Background in managed care
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding
