What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate services with other programs and clinical teams
- Evaluate and develop programs to enhance clinical operations
- Oversee Advanced Practice Providers during shifts and manage workflow
- Assist with team schedules and provide education and training
- Participate in committee(s) to support growth and development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC
- Multi-state licensure including FL, VA, and at least 2 additional states
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and 3 years of acute/primary care clinical work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of telehealth work experience preferred
