  Job Description:

  What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading complex cross functional and global projects.
  • Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management—Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of project related process documents.

  Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

  
  We’re Looking For:

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of NPI Engineering and Project Management.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
  • Contributes to process improvements.
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
  • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of business processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Conflict Resolution skills.
  • Experience using Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Macros in Excel.
  • Nice to haves: Green Belt Certification, PMP Certification.

  
  Experience / Education

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 10 years and no degree.

  Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

  $76,800.00 - $106,700.00

  Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
