Job summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity within the PCN for a Nurse Associate. This role is attached to the Trowbridge Primary Care Network .
Main duties of the job
The role will involve working closely with the rest of the nursing team across both Trowbridge Health Centre and Lovemead Group Practice, although primarily based at Lovemead Group Practice.The role will involve working autonomously alongside other members of the clinical team to deliver high quality, compassionate care, and treatment to patients.
The ideal candidate will be caring, dedicated, reliable and person-focused with good written and verbal communication skills.
