What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform concurrent, pre-bill, and retrospective audits of billed charges against medical records
- Identify missing revenue and opportunities for proper charging
- Develop and implement standard charging and documentation practices
- Participate in the annual departmental charge master review
- Train clinical staff on changes in the chargemaster

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Procedural coding, billing, and audit experience
- Extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, and rules applicable to billing government payers
- Excellent organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- National certification in related department specialty preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
