What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an assigned patient caseload
- Act as the primary resource and contact for patients in the designated program
- Create effective client assessments and action plans
- Coordinate client progress throughout therapy
- Facilitate self-care and advocacy for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five or more years of direct clinical experience
- Previous experience in a Virtual healthcare environment is an asset
- Current professional nursing license in the province of work
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Virtual health care environment
- BScN degree preferred
