- Develop and help implement health system strategic plans for in-house and/or agency staffing models to enhance nursing services in home infusion care.
- Provide expert guidance and develop comprehensive strategies for clients to enhance their home infusion nursing services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and deliver tailored solutions that drive improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between client health systems and nursing agencies.
- Collaborate with the contracting team to ensure necessary licenses are obtained to provide nursing services in each state/jurisdiction.
- Design and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee multiple home infusion consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for client nursing staff to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams and healthcare providers to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of engagements and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within home infusion or healthcare consulting.
- Licensure: Current RN license.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to develop and implement strategic plans; proficiency in healthcare regulations and quality assurance.
REMOTE + 10% TRAVEL
The Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans for nursing services within the home infusion sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of home infusion care, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nursing leadership and a passion for improving patient care through strategic consulting.
