      The Registered Nurse will provide clinical and operational processes related to coordination of care and utilization management for Specialty Pharmacy. The RN will be the primary point of contact for the program and work directly with patients and other stakeholders.

      Education and Licensure:

      • Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred.
      • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of resident. Multistate license preferred.

      Minimum Experience Required:

      • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred.
      • Clinical experience to include Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health Medicare/Medicaid preferred.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide patient concierge services for new program referrals.
      • Communicate with patients to provide specific program information.
      • Provide patient education.
      • Act as liaison between patient and other stakeholders
      • Problem solving and escalation of issues as needed.
      • Document and report any patient or provider issues.
      • Collaborate with Pharmacist and other team members
      • Position is remote in the Memphis, TN, area
      • Hours: Monday – Friday; Hours to be covered are 7a-7p CENTRAL. Specific schedule will be determined in the interview process.

      Required Skills:

      • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Excellent organizational skills.
      • Communication: Ability to provide clear verbal and written information to patients, co-workers, and leadership.
      • Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Ability to choose a course of action or develop appropriate solutions by identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities.
      • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
      • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer literacy skills with ability to use and troubleshoot Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to type 30 wpm. Must pass a Computer Literacy Skills test and Typing test.


      If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
