This Registered Nurse will play a dual role within the Tampa General Provider Network, focusing on coordinating tertiary care needs and patient transfers to Tampa General Hospital. The RN will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth care transitions and implement multi-disciplinary approaches to patient care. They will support patients from diagnosis through post-treatment care, serving as a central resource within the program. Patient care may span inpatient and outpatient services across different specialties. Overall, this role involves optimizing patient care delivery across various care settings.Responsible for performing job duties under the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Provider Network, Cancer Center of South Florida, and Tampa General Hospital.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
RN Licensure for state of Florida
A minimum of three years of related work experience is required.
A minimum of one year of oncology experience is required.
In good standing, without disciplinary investigation or action with respect to current RN registration in the State of Florida.
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Computer Skills: · To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) software, Microsoft Office Applications, and the ability to operate essential Internet software. The individual should be able to operate a computer to accurately enter data into a database, search for information, and send and receive emails and attachments. Must use the internet to access schedules, research insurance information, etc. Work requires extensive work using a computer.

· Must have:
