      Weekend Requirements: Included in rotation; weekends required as part of 24/7 schedule

      On Call Requirements: Participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage as scheduled

      Job Description: Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers
      Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III with an average daily census of 60
      Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
      Utilize advanced technologies such as:
      Jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation
      Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
      Whole-body cooling for HIE
      Participate in dedicated resuscitation and transport teams
      Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery
      Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem (PICU, CVICU, pediatric ER)
      Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
